Delete your DigizCard account

You can delete your DigizCard account yourself at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete

1. 1. Open the DigizCard app and sign in.
2. 2. Go to More → Settings.
3. 3. Under Danger zone, choose Delete account and retype your email to confirm.

What is deleted

• • Your profile and public card — the link stops working
• • All connections and pending requests
• • Messages you sent and received
• • Contacts you saved and your view history

What is kept

Payment invoices are retained for accounting and tax purposes for up to 10 years, no longer linked to your profile. System backups are overwritten within 30 days. Nothing else is kept.
