Terms & Conditions of Use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Welcome to DigizCard. By creating an account or using DigizCard ("Service"), you agree to the Terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms By registering, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service description DigizCard is an electronic business card and networking platform: create profiles/cards, share via link or QR code, two-way connect, discover, event mode and organizations. We may add, change or discontinue certain features over time.
3. Account You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your login credentials. You must be of legal age under applicable law to enter into a contract. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. User content & privacy You retain ownership of the content you post (name, photos, links…). You grant DigizCard the right to use that content to the extent necessary to operate the Service (for example, displaying your public card at the sharing level you set). You control the visibility (public / connection / private) of each field. Processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy.
5. Paid plans & payment Some features belong to paid plans (Pro/Business). On the web, payment is processed by our payment partner; on the mobile app, payment goes through the App Store or Google Play. Prices and features may change; plans automatically renew until you cancel. Refund conditions vary by purchase channel — see the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property The Service, brand, interface and source code belong to DigizCard and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute without permission, beyond what the Service allows.
7. Prohibited content and behavior DigizCard is a professional networking tool. It is strictly prohibited to post, send or share — via cards, avatars, names, descriptions, links, messages or anywhere else in the Service — the following content:
Sexual content and nudity. Nude images, pornographic images, sexually suggestive content, or any pornographic material. Any content related to child sexual abuse is absolutely prohibited; we will report it to the authorities.
Violence and gore. Real-life violent images, blood and gore, corpses, severe injuries, animal cruelty, or horrifying content intended to shock.
Harassment and hate. Threats, bullying, stalking harassment, incitement of hatred or violence targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Impersonation and fraud. Impersonating other people or organizations; false professional information intended to deceive; financial fraud; pyramid schemes.
Illegal and harmful content. Content that violates applicable law, infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; trading in prohibited goods; promoting self-harm or suicide.
Spam and technical abuse. Unwanted mass messages; unauthorized data collection; distributing malware; or interfering with the operation of the Service.
8. Reporting, blocking and moderation We enforce Section 7 using tools built into the app:
Reporting. You can report both users and specific content (for example, a message). Open the ⋯ menu on a message or at the top of the chat screen, select Report, then choose a reason.
Blocking. You can block any user. Blocked people cannot send you messages and cannot send you connection invites. The list of blocked users is at Settings → Blocked Users, and you can unblock at any time.
Our handling. We review the reports we receive and may remove violating content, delete violating avatars, or suspend/terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations — per Section 10.
We do not automatically scan the content of your private messages. Moderation relies on user reports and human review.
