DigizCard ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use DigizCard ("Service").

1. Data we collect - Account information: email, name, password (encrypted). - Profile/card content you provide: title, company, photos, links, address… - Usage data: card views, connections, device, basic technical logs. - Payment data is processed by our payment partner or by the app store; we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use data To provide and operate the Service (display cards at the sharing level you set, connections, search), secure accounts, customer support, improve the product and comply with the law.

3. Sharing & visibility You control the visibility of each field (public / connection / private). We do not sell personal data. We only share with necessary service providers (infrastructure, payment, analytics) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.

4. Cookies & similar technologies We use cookies/local storage to keep you logged in, remember your language and basic measurement. You can manage cookies in your browser.

5. Storage & security Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with reasonable security measures. No system is absolutely secure; we strive to protect your data.

6. Data retention We retain data for as long as the account is active or as required by law. Temporary states (status) are automatically deleted after a maximum of 24 hours.

7. Your rights Depending on applicable law, you have the right to access, edit, delete data, or delete your account. Contact support@digizcard.com to do so.

8. Children The Service is not intended for people under the minimum legal age; we do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. International data transfers Data may be processed in a country other than where you reside; we apply appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to the policy We may update this Policy; significant changes will be reasonably notified.
