Refund Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy applies to DigizCard's paid plans. Refund conditions depend on where you purchased the plan, because each channel is handled by a different party for payment processing. Please read the section corresponding to how you paid.
1. In-app purchase on Android (Google Play) The transaction is processed by Google Play; DigizCard does not collect or hold this payment.
- Refund requests are sent directly to Google Play, not to us. - Google Play has a self-service refund mechanism within a short period right after purchase; beyond that period, the decision rests with Google. - Cancel renewal: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Canceling renewal does not refund the time already paid for; the plan remains usable until the end of the current cycle.
2. In-app purchase on iOS (App Store) The transaction is processed by Apple; DigizCard does not collect or hold this payment.
- Refund requests are sent to Apple via the App Store "Report a Problem" page. - Cancel renewal: Settings → your Apple account name → Subscriptions.
As above, canceling renewal does not refund the time already paid for.
3. Purchase on the web Payment is processed by our payment partner.
- You can cancel at any time. The plan continues to work until the end of the paid cycle, after which no further charges are incurred. - We do not refund the portion of the cycle already paid for, even if you stop using midway. - Exception: if a technical error on our side prevents you from using the service for a significant period, please contact us — we will consider a refund or compensation of usage time. - This policy does not deprive you of the rights granted to you by the law where you reside.
